Network unites in Bursa after 20 years

The World Health Organization (WHO) European Healthy Cities Network is reuniting in Bursa after 20 years, following the meeting held in 2005.

Between September 16-20, 2024, WHO European Healthy Cities Network Regional Officer Kira Fortune and her team visited the cities of İzmir, Bursa, and Istanbul in Turkey as part of the preparations for the “World Health Organization European Healthy Cities Network 2025 Annual Business Meeting and Conference (17-19.06.2025).”

Congratulating Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Bozbey on the decision to hold the “WHO European Healthy Cities Network Annual Business Meeting and Technical Conference” in Bursa, Kira Fortune emphasized the significance of reuniting in the city 20 years after the 2005 conference. Mayor Bozbey expressed that their doors are open to everyone who will contribute to this major gathering.
